Payment Processing
Offaly Language Academy (OLA) uses Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider, to process card payments on our website. When you make a payment, your transaction is encrypted and securely handled by Stripe. OLA does not store or process your card details directly.
By completing a transaction on our website, you agree to abide by Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Course Fees & Booking Confirmation
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email after payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date, unless otherwise specified. Refund requests must be made in writing via email. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe. No refunds are issued for non-attendance.
Failed Transactions & Disputes
If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to cancel your booking until the matter is resolved. You agree to contact us in the first instance to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
Security
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your data is transmitted securely. However, OLA cannot be held responsible for any breaches of security caused by Stripe or your own device or network.
